The name, email, company, phone and cargo details you submit are stored in our business system to respond to your inquiry and discuss shipment arrangements. Please avoid unrelated sensitive information.
Notifications and storage
Inquiry details may be emailed to the team handling your request. Only authorized administrators can view inquiries. Records are retained according to business needs and applicable requirements. You may request correction or deletion through the inquiry form.
Anonymous analytics
We only record page visits, source domains and quote conversions after you allow analytics. We do not retain IP addresses, full referral URLs, query parameters or inquiry contents in analytics. Session identifiers are hashed and do not enable cross-site tracking. The default analytics retention is 90 days, enforced through a maintenance cleanup command.
Essential functions and preferences
Security checks and the quote confirmation page use essential first-party cookies. Browser local storage retains your analytics preference, and session storage provides an anonymous identifier.
