Describe what you are shipping

Include an accurate product name, package count, gross weight and dimensions. Declare batteries, liquids and other special items upfront.

Make the journey specific

Provide the origin, exact destination, ready date and desired service scope. A city-only inquiry can hide substantial differences in pickup and delivery.

Include the trade terms

FOB, EXW and other trade terms define different responsibilities. Share the agreed terms and identify which transport steps need to be quoted.

Keep documents consistent

Commercial invoice, packing list and shipment information should describe the same cargo clearly. Resolve discrepancies before booking.
